These terms govern your use of the NightVu website and your purchase of NightVu products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details, if any, secure.
Prescriptions & eyewear disclaimer
NightVu lenses filter specific light wavelengths to reduce glare while driving at night. They are not a substitute for an eye exam, professional medical advice, or corrective eyewear where it's needed, and they don't guarantee safe driving in any condition. For prescription orders, you are responsible for providing a valid, current prescription and accurate measurements. We may decline or cancel orders where the prescription appears expired, incomplete, or outside the range we can fill.
Orders, pricing & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, promotions, and product details are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and cancel any affected order, even after it's been placed. Payment is due at the time of purchase through our payment provider.
Shipping, returns & warranty
We ship to addresses you provide; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty, which describes what's covered, what's not, and how to make a claim. Custom prescription products may be subject to different return terms than stock items.
Intellectual property
The NightVu name, logo, designs, text, and images on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NightVu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
