NightVu warrants its eyewear, prescription lenses, and coatings against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Manufacturing defects and laboratory errors will be repaired, remade, or replaced at our discretion. Your remedy under this warranty is limited to repair, remake, or replacement of the covered product.
What's covered
- Authentic NightVu frames and lenses — lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Manufacturing defects and laboratory errors — repaired, remade, or replaced at no charge, at our discretion
- Prescription frames and lenses — manufacturing defects only, covered for one year
Remakes & prescription changes
We'll remake your lenses one time at no charge for a non-adapt or a doctor-prescribed change within 90 days of delivery. After 90 days, remakes are offered at a 50% discount. Remakes must be for the same prescription and the same frame selection.
What's not covered
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage — product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by a pet, or otherwise damaged by the wearer
- Scratched lenses — scratches can't be repaired and are not considered a manufacturing defect
- Misuse, normal wear and tear, counterfeit products, or modifications, which void the warranty
- Changes to the original prescription, frame, material, coating, tint, thickness, or lens specifications, unless otherwise stated
How to make a claim
Start a claim through our Contact page. At our discretion we may repair or replace frames, lenses, or parts. Ship the product back to us with a traceable carrier (FedEx or UPS recommended) — we can't be responsible for packages lost in transit. Allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive it for evaluation, and we'll send the repaired or replacement product back via ground shipping.
Limitation of liability
Your remedy under this warranty is limited to repair, remake, or replacement of the covered product. NightVu is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
This warranty is separate from our return policy.
